All services are designed to provide insights, frameworks, and actionable strategies — but results depend on your level of participation, consistency, and implementation.

2. No Guaranteed Results

While KP Vinayak aims to deliver high-quality guidance and support:

Results are not guaranteed

Outcomes vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and application

Any examples, case studies, or references are illustrative and not promises of specific results.

3. Client Responsibility

By engaging with KP Vinayak, you agree that:

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

You will actively participate and implement agreed strategies

You will provide accurate and honest information during sessions

4. Booking & Payments

All sessions must be booked in advance through the provided scheduling system

Payments (if applicable) must be completed before the session or program begins

Pricing and offerings are subject to change at any time

5. Rescheduling & Cancellation

You may reschedule your session with prior notice (recommended: at least 24 hours)

Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled

Refund policies (if applicable) will be communicated separately

6. Confidentiality

All personal and business information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential by KP Vinayak.

However, you also agree not to share or distribute any proprietary frameworks, materials, or methods provided to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, materials, and methods shared by KP Vinayak are the intellectual property of KP Vinayak.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

KP Vinayak is not liable for:

Any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from your decisions

Business, financial, or personal losses arising from implementation or non-implementation

Any damages resulting from use of services

9. Termination

KP Vinayak reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:

There is misuse of services

There is inappropriate behavior

There is a violation of these Terms
